4. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) unless specified
  • We accept GCash, PayPal, and bank transfers
  • For every purchase, we issue a BIR-registered Official Receipt
  • All sales are final for digital content
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Attempt to copy, download, or scrape content from the platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Distribute verification codes without authorization
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
  • Use the platform for commercial resale without proper authorization

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All ebooks, quizzes, explanations, and platform content are protected by copyright under Philippine laws (Republic Act No. 8293).

Your Content: You retain rights to content you create (notes, bookmarks), but grant us license to store and display it.

Copyright Infringement: To report infringement, contact us with:

  • Identification of copyrighted work
  • URL of infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Share account access
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Academic performance or exam results
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved:

  2. Then through mediation in accordance with Philippine laws
